Step aboard the clipper Wilhelmina and let its owner Harriët prepare the most extraordinary dishes in the well-equipped galley. In the meantime, you’ll actively enjoy the nature of the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and lend a helping hand in mooring the boat or running aground. There will be ample time to relax, too. A varied and fully catered weekend awaits.

Culinary enjoyment 

The weather and regional produce: these are the things that inspire the skipper and chef Harriët in creating her dishes. Typical spring vegetables like asparagus are obvious must-eats. Throughout the weekend, between spates of sailing, you will enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches, and a fantastic four-course menu on Saturday night.
