Culinary enjoyment 

While your sea legs get used to the Wilhelmina, 24kitchen TV chef Gerard Koopmans prepares venison delicacies in the galley. He is a wildlife manager, culinary Jack-of-all-trades, and ‘venison chef’ at Historische Zeilvaart Harlingen, which organizes the weekend. He brings his own venison and prepares the most fantastic culinary dinners, so you are ready to handle the wind and weather on the Wadden Sea!
