Winter scenes at Huis Ter Heide

Because of the name, you might think that Huis Ter Heide is a house but it’s not. Huis ter Heide was originally agricultural land and is now a wet heathland and fen area in Van Gogh National Park. A beautiful place rich in nature that sustains many birds and other animals. It’s a lovely environment to explore along with the park ranger. Especially in winter.
