Seaweed Walk

Just in case you didn’t already know it, seaweed is a very healthy vegetable. Seaweeds contain lots of vitamins, minerals, proteins, essential amino acids, and iron. Seaweeds and algae are also much more sustainable than many of our foods.

Wear a pair of robust boots or watertight shoes and bring your curiosity to discover all about seaweed. You will learn how to recognize varieties and feel and try them. An all-round experience for the senses. This exploration of ‘the forgotten plants’ of the sea is concluded with a vegetarian Wildwier sushi meal.
