Contemplate your emotions and nature
The purpose of this walk is to learn to get out of your head and take more time to rely on your feelings. Stilling your mind leads to relaxation. You are open to new observations: your breath, the soil beneath your feet, the sounds around you, the colors of nature, and the sensation of the wind on your skin. In addition to walking in silence, you will frequently make stops along the way for a meditation session, enhancing your feeling and listening skills.
Your coach Jolanda Baan will be waiting at the Tiengemeten visitor center to welcome the participants and tell you about the nature island. Once you know more about the plants, animals, quiet and beautiful starry sky, you will set out in silence. The walking speed is low so your attention can be entirely on yourself and nature. Everyone is welcome, although this activity is less suitable for small children and dogs.

If you want to be sure to get to the visitor center on time, you can take the ferry at 10:00. There are free parking spaces near the ferry and ferry tickets are easily ordered online.
